How long until the carpet is dry?
Most carpets are dry within 2–4 hours. We use air movers to accelerate drying and recommend keeping windows open where possible. Thicker carpets or heavily soiled areas may take a little longer.
Can you remove old or set-in stains?
We can significantly reduce or fully remove most stains — including wine, coffee, pet urine, grease, and ink. Results depend on the stain type, how long it has been set, and the carpet fibre. We'll always give you an honest assessment before we start.
Do I need to move furniture?
We move light furniture — sofas, chairs, coffee tables — as part of the service. We ask that you move heavy items such as wardrobes, large bookshelves, and beds beforehand.
Can you clean heavily soiled carpets?
